• A deposit of one nights’ tariff (2 nights during Christmas/New Year holiday period) is required to secure the booking.
    We accept internet banking direct transfer deposits only.
  • Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you cancel your booking, money paid is not refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period.
    If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 ($100 for Christmas/New Year holiday period) administration fee will apply.
  • Check in time is between 3.00pm and 9.00pm
  • Check out time is 11.00am promptly
  • Maximum 2 adults.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate Children or Pets.
  • No smoking inside room.
  • Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
    Damage, Breakage's, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.
  • Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
  • The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked.
    However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by prior arrangement with the owner in writing.
